The deuteronymphs of the mite Uroobovella marginata are able to attach even to glossy surfaces of insects using a gluey, then curing, thread. Thus they can be carried around. This clown beetle Margarinotus ignobilis (?), occupied by a number of mites, was found in a compost cask.Often put in the family Uropodidae.Synonyms: Fuscoropoda marginataFuscoropoda vegetansmarginatusNotaspis marginatusUrobovella marginatavegetans
